POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for providing full support to the property manager by overseeing leasing staff and all aspects of tenant relations: Serving as a liaison between management and the residents by coordinating retention activities, handling collections and rent payments, lease renewals, and overall customer service.
