Technical Leadership
- Lead the design, development, and integration of features for Sage 300 CRE and related platform services.
- Guide the team in modernizing legacy systems and implementing scalable, cloud-ready solutions.
- Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor and support a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and UX to define and deliver product enhancements and platform integrations.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery timelines using Agile methodologies.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software aligned with business goals.
- Work closely with platform teams to ensure seamless integration between Sage 300 CRE and other Sage products (e.g., Sage Construction Management).
- Communicate technical concepts and project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Contribute to cross-team initiatives and engineering-wide improvements.
