The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst is responsible for driving operational excellence and performance tracking across the XDR (Sales Development) organization. It’s an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of analytics, tooling, and GTM execution in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
*This is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in office*
Key Responsibilities:
The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst is responsible for driving operational excellence and performance tracking across the XDR (Sales Development) organization. It’s an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of analytics, tooling, and GTM execution in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly XDR performance decks with insights on dials, connects, QDCs, SQOs, and set calls
- Partner with Senior Analysts in headcount capacity planning, including hiring syncs, ramp assumptions, and start/exit date alignment
- Track ramp cohort performance to measure time-to-productivity and support data-backed enablement improvements
- Reconcile data across Salesforce, Power BI (Sigma), ensuring clean and accurate performance reporting
- Respond to ad hoc requests from the NA XDR leader, Sr. Manager, or Tooling team—ranging from diagnostics to documentation
- Run SPIF payout tracking, approvals, and documentation; ensure alignment with Finance and Quota/Commission teams
- Maintain the Quota vs. Attainment Tracker, collaborating with the Ramp Acceleration Manager to validate inputs
- 2 years exp in Sales Ops / Rev Ops related role
- Experience using Sales Force, Excel
- Familiarity with SDR/BDR workflows, funnel metrics, and performance reporting
- Prior exposure to quota modeling, cohort ramp analysis, or compensation operations
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action and strong attention to detail
