Receptionist
Job Summary / Overview:
Under the direct supervision of Human Resources. The HR Receptionist performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Human Resources department and occasionally the Executive Leadership Team. In addition to basic administrative functions, answering phones, greeting visitors, this person will also perform duties such as scheduling and planning meetings and company events, employee support, and working on special projects as assigned. Confidentiality is critical as position assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Planning, prioritization and organization of a diversified workload required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides administrative services such as answering phone calls, preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, receiving and directing visitors, receiving and delivering mail, sending mail via FedEx/UPS/ DHL and maintaining routine records and files.
- Organizes and sets priorities among a variety of complex tasks, including a high volume of regularly occurring work and a constantly changing array of special projects.
- Performs research and analysis on specific issues, as required, and independently prepares non-routine letters and/or as well as internal announcements.
- Create letters, company documents and memos in (but not limited to) all MS Office applications.
- Coordinate, create, edit and assemble slides for presentation and provide assistance with graphs, tables and charts as necessary.
- Maintains current organizational charts for all Sagent operations.
Knowledge or Experience:
- Experienced in the use of PC-Based word processing software, databases and spreadsheets (Microsoft Office Word and Excel), Adobe Acrobat and Visio.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
- 2 or more years of administrative experience
- Ability to work under deadline pressure / rapidly shifting priorities and manage multiple projects
- Solid interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills at all levels
- Highly detail-oriented and conscientious
- Collaborative, with strong teamwork orientation
Education / Certifications:
- High School diploma required.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
