What You’ll Do:
- Keep the front line, dining room, bathrooms, and patio areas clean and organized.
- Restock utensils, napkins, beverage stations, and bathrooms as needed.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of the menu to effectively communicate ingredients and dietary information to guests.
- Operate the POS register to complete customer transactions.
- Greet guests, guide them through the ordering process, and assist with online orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the online-ordering pick-up area and help guests locate their orders.
- Assist with utility tasks and dishwashing.
- Ensure adherence to Saigon Hustle’s safety and sanitation policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store or upper management.
- Operate the drive-thru using headsets and POS systems.
- Coordinate with the Expo station to ensure timely order preparation.
- Maintain menu knowledge and communicate options, including dietary and allergy restrictions.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
