And even if you've never sewn before, our tutorials and how-to videos are designed for beginners and experienced crafters alike.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for innovation, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of designers. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Sailrite, as well as our sub-brands. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of design are met across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design team in the creation of compelling visuals for a variety of platforms including digital, print, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain the visual identity and branding guidelines of the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to create cohesive and effective design solutions.
  • Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate the latest design techniques and technologies into the work.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior design role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and exceptional visual design skills.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of web design, UX/UI principles, and experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.


Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
