Position Summary:
Join our team in our Intake unit where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). As a Registered Nurse in the Intake Department, you will focus on admission and discharge flow in the unit daily. You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. There will be times where you will fall into the staffing matrix depending on census, call ins, etc. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Associate's degree required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
License:
- Registered Nurse licensed to work in the state of Arkansas
