The Coordinator Inpatient Wound Continuum will:
- Perform patient assessments, implement care plans, and adhere to established standards of care.
- Develop individual plan of care and goals with the patient.
- Implement care plans, adhere to established standards of care and provides care as ordered by physician.
- Evaluate effectiveness of intervention and revise plan of care as appropriate.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
- BSN preferred or must be obtained within three (3) years of hire date
- ACLS certification required or obtained during clinical orientation
- Wound Care Certification required within 1 year of hire.
FT days
Salary Range: 78,853.00 - 126,194.00 USD
We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.
The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
