Duties

• Represent the brand confidently at events, retail locations, and promotional activities to attract and engage potential customers
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and usage tips in an energetic and approachable manner
• Collect valuable data from customer interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts
• Manage social media accounts by sharing engaging content, responding to comments, and increasing online visibility
• Assist in event marketing initiatives by setting up displays, distributing promotional materials, and creating a lively atmosphere
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring positive experiences
• Support sales efforts by promoting products or services, upselling when appropriate, and meeting individual or team targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, customer service, or event marketing is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic content creation techniques
• Demonstrated ability to collect data accurately and report findings effectively
• Passion for branding, marketing, and public speaking with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings as needed
