Adjunct Clinical Instructors
The Nursing Department at Saint Vincent College is currently seeking candidates for in-person clinical adjunct faculty positions for the BSN and Direct Entry-MSN nursing programs. We are seeking applicants who are experienced nurses with recent clinical practice to oversee, manage, and evaluate student learning during clinical experiences at local healthcare facilities and as part of the faculty team in the Center for Excellence and Innovation in Nursing.
Opportunities are available for Medical-Surgical, Behavioral Health, Fundamentals, Community Health, Obstetrics, and Pediatric nursing clinical courses.
Course materials, orientation, and mentoring will be provided.
Candidates must have a commitment to teaching and learning, be reliable, and flexible to assure optimal clinical experiences for students. All applicants must hold an unencumbered Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license or be eligible for PA licensure. Candidates must demonstrate and reflect understanding of and commitment to the mission and core values of the College and the Benedictine Hallmarks.

Required
- MSN degree
- Three (3) years of recent bedside clinical experience
- Experience working with electronic health records
- Experience working with interprofessional teams and diverse populations
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated teaching experience
- Terminal, professional degree completed, or in progress
