What are the responsibilities and job description for the EHR Trainer position at Saisystems Health?

Saisystems Health is looking for an EHR Training Specialist to join our team! This individual will be responsible for the client software implementations from start to finish. They will be expected to gather business requirements, plan and manage the implementation, conduct software training, and coordinate with the technical/support team on setup. Other tasks include longer term client assignments and engagements. Be part of one of the BEST PLACES TO WORK as our EHR Trainer!

Key Responsibilities:

  • The individual will work directly with the members of various Health domains consisting of RCM and Digital/EHR team in leading customer project transitions. The individual will act as primary point of contact on project transitions and will manage the cadence and flow of all aspects of the transition deliverables.
  • Be accountable for project timelines and deliverables, as well as reporting on project status for all levels of stakeholder (internal and external), ensuring on time delivery
  • Work with clients to define and document stakeholder's business requirements and develop solution strategies
  • Document new and existing processes to help standardize project plans, required tasks, and external communications
  • Analyze results, troubleshoot problem areas, and escalate to Supervisor, Manager or Director as necessary
  • Manage client expectations and communicate often with updates and needs
  • Provide feedback and advice on product/technology/service improvements from implementation and customer feedback

Education Necessary for Position:

  • Undergraduate degree in health care related field required.
  • Specific degree or post degree education/certification in healthcare related field. PMP certification preferred.

Experience & Skills Necessary for Position:

  • Experience leading SaaS onboarding projects.
  • Experience with setting priorities, creating project plans, and monitoring progress towards goals/activities.
  • Proactively identify and report on risks, issues, and dependencies for the project.
  • Strong process management skills, with the ability to contribute to building new processes and systems desirable.
  • Customer success experience, minimum 2[DL1] years, required
  • Healthcare provider side domain knowledge required
  • Project transition experience required (new client projects, existing clients with upsells)
  • Project management experience required.
  • Domain knowledge in Healthcare SaaS product use preferred
  • Domain knowledge in Revenue Cycle Management preferred
  • Domain knowledge in the provider Payor Enrollment process preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
  • Critical Skills
  • Excellent organizational skills required to manage multiple projects, at similar or different stages simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge of project management theory and supporting tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrates leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
