- A strong knowledge of the food industry as to trends and overall newness to stay competitive.
- A proven leader with a focus on developing individual team members.
- You create a collaborative work environment by flexing your interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly and ensure Client satisfaction is upmost importance.
- Minimum 3 year’s café/fast food experience
- Ability to work in a team
- Possession of strong technical background in specialty skills such as communication, server, cooking, multitasking, cleanliness, organization skills
- Knowledge of food/Hospitality industry trends including bookkeeping skills preferred but not required
- Openness to learning and developing new skills and processes
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Focus on achieving and exceeding individual performance and productivity goals.
- Maintain a consistent high level of customer service by creating and developing excellent customer relationships.
- Follow all Saks Fifth Avenue policies and procedures.
- Follow food storage procedures according to the storage safety handbook.
- Focus on all efforts on providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Support company/store and department initiatives.
- Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
