Veterinary Hospital Manager

The Hospital Manager will partner with the Medical Director and is responsible for many aspects of the business. This is a “hands-on” position, and the Hospital Manager is expected to assist the hospital in various areas (general technician duties, client service, patient restraint, etc.).

• Customer service/front desk duties
• Veterinary technician duties
• Assisting with front desk duties
• Complaint resolution
• Managing/training the support team
• Creating schedules for all team members
• Inventory and budget management
• Ensuring that safety protocols are followed
• Monitoring hospital flow
• Willingness to jump in, where needed

Your qualifications:

• Background in veterinary medicine (CVT, CVPM, etc. is a plus)
• Effective and collaborative communication
• Resilient and able to handle emotional and challenging situations
• Experience managing budgets, teams, and difficult clients
• Strong leader with training experience
• Computer skills (we’re paperless)
• Animal lover (small animals exotics)

• Salary of $50,000-$55,000/yr
• Bonus Package: $2,000 for CVTs or CVPMs

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
