What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Services Producer position at Salem Media Group?
Imagine creating promos and commercials that will be seen coast-to-coast! Salem Media Group is searching for the next great Creative Services Producer at its Irving, Texas studios. The work you will be doing is for several Salem properties, including the all-new Salem News Channel – a 24/7 network featuring America’s leading conservative personalities. This person will work collaboratively with and report to the Director of Creative Services. The ideal candidate is capable of learning quickly and meeting new challenges head-on and with enthusiasm.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
* Produce multi-platform commercials and promos including conceptualizing, copywriting, and editing
* Create fresh, standout advertisements that drive viewers to consume Salem products and those of its clients
* Oversee in-studio live and recorded shows, interviews, and endorsements
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Excellent video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
* Preference given for familiarity with Final Cut Pro and Motion
* Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced news environment
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* For consideration, candidates must provide examples of work (i.e., demo reel)
* Work in-person at the Irving, TX studios
* Must be able to lift 25 pounds
