The Outside Sales Manager will be building and managing a team of Outside Sales Reps while maintaining a sales quota each day. The sales team will consist of team leads and outside sales reps who are responsible for meeting with small/medium businesses providing them an alternative for their Energy source.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of outside sales reps

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Energy Industry required
- Outside Sales management experience
