Key Responsibilities:
- Be a leader and role model for the team, both at team functions and in the community.

- Respect all people you work with, including school district administration and teachers, coaches, volunteers, athletes, parents and guardians, officials, and community members.
- Develop personalized training sessions tailored to individual needs.
- Provide constructive feedback and performance assessments.
- Facilitate workshops to enhance skills and team cohesiveness.
- Monitor progress and adapt strategies to ensure goal achievement.
- Collaborate with other departments to align coaching practices.
