The facility is operated by Sierra Golf Management, Inc. (SGM). SGM is a California based golf management firm which owns leases, manages and/or maintains a portfolio of 17 California golf courses and is one of the largest firms in the region. POSITION PROFILE: Specific Responsibilities include:
● Meet, greet, and welcome prospective customers/ patrons.
● Assist in the marketing and promotion of new memberships / play.
● Establish sales goals and forecasts for all golf programs and services, monitor and analyze reports.
● Oversee the reservation system, starting, and monitoring of play.
● Track and verify all players and guests, golf cars, and other charges necessary, and facilitate proper controls.
● Enforce all rules and regulations governing golf course usage.
● Maintain and oversee a profitable merchandise concession that is consistent with patron demographics and needs.
● Maintain the operations of a well-managed practice facility.
● Oversee the rental and maintenance of golf cars.
● Maintain a close working relationship with the department heads.
PRIORITIES AND SUCCESS FACTORS:
● Generating play, tournaments and revenues
● Customer service and hospitality
● Merchandising
● Working knowledge of tee time, word processing, database, point of sale and tournament software

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: Negotiable depending on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
