Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, preparing mix beverages, helping to deliver food, ensuring the restaurant is kept clean and organized, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant industry or the desire to learn, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills. Our front of the house team members are paid at an hourly rate plus tip.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
-Upsell additional products when appropriate
Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
