Essential Function
This position is responsible for understanding and analyzing assigned categories' key drivers and performance on The site merchant will own the relationship with the merchandising team and other cross-functional teams, across multiple departments, in efforts to drive assortment, inventory investment, promotions, and profitability. The goal is identifying, recommending, and executing strategies to achieve ecomm and SBH KPI goals. This position will analyze and leverage customer information and behaviors to prioritize the most critical actions necessary to improve the online customer experience. Ultimately these improvements will result in improved customer and associate satisfaction, increased traffic and sales, and improved conversion.
Primary Duties
Incorporates the in-store and overall e-commerce strategy into the online experience, including the visual display of the category pages and category-specific taxonomy, navigation, and search experience. Define timely and relevant merchandising strategies by leveraging product performance reporting, industry expertise, and trend awareness coupled with insights and recommendations from Manager / Director.

Recommends and implements changes to category online strategies to leadership on weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis based on results of site analytics & promotional reviews.
Proof monthly site content and CRM / marketing campaigns by providing links to optimize customer journey and conversion. Participate in the marketing brief process to ensure assigned category objectives are being met.
Responsible for reviewing site by ensuring all products are set up accurately with a “complete" status for online in , within slated time frames, including naming convention, product attributes, product categorization, key words, SEO Support.
Develop relationships with cross-functional partners to address ad-hoc site and account issues.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree and related experience
- years related ecommerce experience with a multi-channel retailer.
- Demandware, Excel
- This position requires the individual to have excellent attention to detail, be customer-centric oriented, and be interactive within the department as well as cross-functional with Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, P&A.
