Customer Service Representative
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of warehousing customer service experience knowledge of the 3rd party warehousing
- Excellent customer relations skills: effective listening and communication
- Creative problem solver- Knowledge of High Jump/Accelos or WMS programs is a plus
- Organization time management skills; can adjust priorities as needed
- Confidence to initiate customer contact
- Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
- Scheduling Appointments for Inbound and Outbound truckers
- Basic computer/keyboarding skills (Outlook, Excel spread sheets, can type 45 words per minute
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and great follow-up skills
- Input information into software for accurate estimating and scheduling; comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns
- Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents
- All other duties as assigned
