Description
Salt Creek Surgery Center is currently seeking a Materials Management Assistant. Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving and unpackaging deliveries;
- Stocking delivered items in appropriate location;
- Monitoring inventory levels by visually checking supply shelves in the Operating Rooms and the storeroom;
- For inmvoicing, matching packing slips to order forms, confirming and updating purchase orders:
- Assisting the Materials Manager with orders and obtaining purchase orders for representatives.
- Assisting with other office duties as required, such as preparing charts for upcoming cases and scanning completed charts.
Hours are 6:30AM-3:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Requirements
Previous experience in a medical environment is preferred but not required.
