Pay: $21–$25/hr
Location: Liverpool & Baldwinsville Local routes (3.5–4 hour average)
About the Position:
We are looking for a reliable on-call emergency snow plow driver to assist during storms and fill in as needed. This role can lead to a part-time or full-time position this winter or upcoming spring for the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Operate company plow truck on assigned route (avg. 3.5–4 hours per run)
- Perform snow removal safely and efficiently during storms
- Salt application or light shoveling as needed
- Communicate with dispatch and follow assigned schedule
- Maintain equipment care and basic safety checks
Requirements:
- 21 years old
- 1 year of snow plowing experience (residential or commercial)
- Clean driving record (no major violations)
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Dependable, able to respond during storms, early mornings, or late nights
- Good communication and ability to work independently
