Job Summary
We are looking for an outgoing font desk person to work in an innovative and growing salt spa concept. The ideal candidate should have a friendly personality and positive can-do it all attitude.
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work evenings and weekends are a must, some holidays are required. The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and attentive first impression to all the guests.
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties include answering phones, appointment scheduling, being well versed in benefits of our services /we will train.
Interacting with customers, selling merchandise and services, starting therapeutical sessions, restocking shelves, cleaning. Must have excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
Qualifications and Skills
We need someone who is punctual, organized, motivated, friendly, honest, reliable, hard working and detail oriented.Computer knowledge is required in the area of booking software to communicate with clients and process financial transactions. Previous experience in understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems and the ability to multitask Is necessary . Spa or Salon experience is a plus! This position requires at least one weekend day to work and is 10:30 to 6:30 pm availability.

This is a full time position with rotating schedule with weekend hours.
