We are growing quickly and looking for talented professionals to join our team in Boston. While we have 40 active clients, we still very much have a start up mentality, so the right person will be hungry, focused, and willing to tackle whatever comes at us as we build the company. You should be a self-starter who is capable of owning their own work, while also being an integral member of our team.
We’re currently hiring a Marketing, Email and Operations Manager. This position offers the ability to build a best in class email nurture and ABM discipline from the ground up. You will also be responsible for Saltmine’s approach to tooling, implementing, and measuring marketing strategies aimed at driving and accelerating revenue growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation this person will interact with many stakeholders across the organization.
The role:
Email Marketing Ownership: We need a creative thinker who can help conceptualize and bring to life best in class email marketing campaigns. These campaigns will span customer and prospect flows with an additional focus on ABM strategies. Knowledge and experience with EMM from implementation to reporting is a must.
- Marketing Operations and Reporting: This position will be responsible for tooling and enabling proper CRM marketing KPIs visibility throughout the marketing revenue funnel. You will be responsible for marketings full KPI reporting suite ensuring real time visibility into GTM efficacy and output.
- MarkeTech: From ensuring webinars run smoothly to recommending and implementing new platforms, this position will have the opportunity to build and own marketing’s tech stack.

The ideal candidate
- 3 years of experience in Hubspot or similar CRM
- 3 years of experience managing email campaigns
- Experience using WordPress
- Solid understanding of the marketing/sales process and core KPI’s
- Brings a vivid sense of curiosity and creativity that helps drive team forward
- Has the interpersonal and communication skills to successfully manage stakeholders
- Wants to build and isn't afraid of increased scope
- Avid learner who takes it upon him/her/themself to get smart on new topics, systems, and markets
- You are an expert project manager and never miss a detail
- You thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced, and changing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience
- Knowledge of the workplace interior design industry and CRE trends in the US will be a bonus
