What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Research Specialist position at Salveo Integrative Health, Inc.?
Seeking a Clinical Research Specialist who is familiar with a clinical research study's daily operation and procedures. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and be able to maintain records in a timely manner in accordance with study guidelines and regulations. They will be able to exhibit proficiency in all areas of the CRC role including but not limited to screening candidates and current patients for eligibility in the study while following strict I/E criteria, scheduling appropriate candidates throughout the study while adhering to a sensitive timeline, educating current and potential participants on the study being conducted while being available to answer all incoming questions and inquiries. Must be detailed and able to organize and maintain all records and transactions of the study in strict accordance of study guidelines. Candidate will attend all required meetings and prepare for upcoming site visits. Good communication skills are essential and will be used in coordinating study efforts between providers, patients, and a myriad of other study staff. Knowledge of handling and shipping of lab specimens and phlebotomy skills are a plus but not required.
Qualifications
- Strong background in clinical research with a focus on data collection and analysis
- Proficient in phlebotomy techniques and laboratory procedures preferred
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice guidelines and FDA regulations
- Experience in clinical trials management and documentation review
