We are looking to grow & enhance our Five time President Award winning Lincoln team. We have immediate openings for 2 motivated candidates to join our team. MUST have a "serve" mentality. Consumer experience and a positive attitude is of primary importance.

Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively in-person, over the phone, via email, text, and social media etc. to discover the wants and needs of clients. Diligent follow up is a must.
Proactively consult & guide clients to the appropriate next step in the sales process as well as thorough explanation of vehicles features.
Consistent use and successful navigation of provided selling tools and industry specific programs and training.
Follow up with potential prospects, incoming internet leads and sold clients
Maintain brand specific training and certification requirements.
Qualifications: Must have a service oriented mentality with the ability to provide an exceptional experience and build a client base of repeat business.
