Sam Galloway Ford is looking for an exceptional individual to join our FORD QUICK LANE TEAM. We are a fast-paced busy service department. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record, quality references, and someone that possesses superior customer satisfaction skills. Service Advisor experience and a desire to be successful is a must. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.
Responsibilities :
Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicleReview Multi-Point Inspection and accurately translate the technicians recommendationsPrepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and laborMonitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the dayUpdate the customers on the status of their vehicles on a daily basisVerifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair orderPerform active delivery, explain the Multi-Point Inspection and all completed work and charges to the customerEstablish and maintain strong working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clienteleQualifications :
Prior Dealership ExperienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsA strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.Strong Computer & Phone SkillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityProfessional appearance and work ethicSelf-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environmentTEAM PlayerBenefits
