Nature & Purpose of Position
Student will directly report to CJ Alumni/Scholarship Coordinator. Student will perform general office duties, including answering phones, running errands, helping professional staff with projects, maintaining calendar, maintaining databases, and other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements for the Position
- Update alumni database.
- Create and send letters & items to new donors
- Maintain gift supplies.
- Assist with preparation for graduation reception.
- Work on scholarship list and donor information with regards to The Honors Convocation.
- Draft correspondence and materials to/for Scholarship Committee.
- Assist in preparation for annual awards day.
- Assist with the preparation of conferences or any events as requested.
- Create graphs, charts and other visual aids as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
