The Role
Our LCSW will have to diagnose mental health conditions, and sign off on admission decisions. They will have a small caseload patients coming out of hospitals.
What You Will Do
- Conducts bio-psychosocial assessments, mental status and mental health evaluations.
- Conduct assessments/intake, mental status and facilitate groups.
Who You Will Be
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
LCSW Required
A minimum of 2 years' of demonstrated experience in a community-based agency, two years experience in chemical
MUST have prior diagnosing experience
