Samaritan Health Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, or Psychologist to join our pediatrics team in Albany, OR.

The network serves approximately 300,000 residents in Linn, Benton, Lincoln and portions of Polk and Marion counties. Job Specifics
- Financial incentives include starting bonus and relocation funds, with additional loan assistance funds available for licensed psychologists
- Mon-Fri schedule, with flexibility for four or five day work week, and no call responsibilities
- Full-time is 25 patient contact hours weekly, with average volume of 10 patients / day
- Utilize brief visits (20-30 minutes), limited to 6-8 per episode of care, provided in primary care clinic
- Consult and collaborate on a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated on-site care, recommendations, and feedback to medical providers and allied staff, with the goal of assisting PCPs with management of mental and behavioral health concerns.
- Have a clearly distinguished role from specialty mental health therapist practice model
- Practice in a population-based practice management strategy with flexibility to be interrupted to respond to urgent / emergency situations and “curb-side consults”
