We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a 340B Program Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the administration and daily operations of the 340B program, ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will serve as a compliance expert, manage Third Party Administrator (TPA) split-billing software, and lead a team of pharmacy buyers to maintain pricing integrity and prevent diversion. This position also involves coordinating training and education, managing service agreements and drug-pricing contracts, and facilitating audits to ensure the program operates within regulatory guidelines. The 340B Manager will also build and maintain internal and external relationships to ensure effective collaboration across the organization.
Skills:
- Knowledge of 340B Program compliance, regulations, and operational procedures, including Mixed Use and Contract Pharmacy programs.
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy operations and 340B clinic settings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and flexibility in approaching challenges.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Experience with compliance policies and pharmacy billing processes is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in pharmacy, business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) certification required or to be obtained within the first six months of hire.
- 2-3 years of direct involvement in the 340B drug pricing program preferred.
