What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Food Service Worker position at Samaritan Health?
Pay Range:
Days: $15.97 - $20.36
Evenings: $17.07 - $21.46
Nights: $17.47 – $22.96
All evening and night shifts include shift differentials.
The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials have been included in the range. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts.
Minimum Education Requirement : High school level of knowledge.
Minimum Experience Requirement :
Previous experience in food service or sanitation preferred. Must be able to operate a variety of kitchen equipment. Must be able to read, write and follow instructions.
Lead FSW: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Food Service. Must have the ability to independently take initiative and exercise good judgment in decision-making. High degree of honesty, integrity and confidentiality. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to undertake new responsibilities as assigned. Ability to work under stress. Must demonstrate the ability to serve as a role model and team leader for others.
