Join Samaritan Healthcare's patient care team! We are seeking a Clinic Supervisor II for our organization, with a heart for the delivery of excellent, quality care for our patients. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple medical practice offices with five to fifteen providers, focusing on physician and staff relationships, customer service, and financial management. Under direct supervision, supports management of the day-to-day operations of the Clinic including coordination of patient care, supervision of a team which includes multiple staff and supporting staff as appropriate, administrate and budget management, and problem solving areas for improvement. Ensures adherence to Samaritan Clinic policies, procedures, standards, and core values. The individual in this position reports to the Clinic Director of Operations.
This is a full-time salary exempt position.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related clinical area. In lieu of formal education, high school graduate with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a healthcare leadership level position.
- Knowledge of medical office operations, including physician practice financial administration and payor reimbursement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, interacting effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, analytical, and process improvement skills.
- Exercises sound judgement in responding to inquiries; understanding when to route inquiries to the next level.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office; especially Word, Excel, and Power Point.
