Electrical Sales and Operations Associate

Job Summary

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support sales efforts by assisting customers with product selection and providing information on promotions and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical industry.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business from these relationships.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and operational skills.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to maintain market knowledge and generate leads.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an electrical sales representative or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of the electrical industry and market trends.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for record keeping and communication.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement. Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
