Job Title: Greeter

As a valued member of the Sam's Club team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm smile and a friendly greeting.
• Offer carts and promotional flyers to enhance the shopping experience.
• Answer inquiries and provide directions within the store, ensuring that our guests feel supported and informed.
• Assist with customer flow by monitoring entrances and directing traffic, maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:

• A friendly and outgoing personality, with strong communication skills.
• The ability to stand for extended periods and move freely throughout the store.
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is also preferred.
