We are hiring full-time Resident Care Aides!
Come and join the newly expanding Samuel F Vilas Home, a family-owned assisted living in the heart of Plattsburgh, NY. After over 130 years of serving North Country seniors, the Samuel F. Vilas Home's legacy will continue - now with an enhanced assisted living license and a wide range of personalized care services and modern amenities.
Provide physical and emotional care for the overall well-being of the residents of the Vilas Home through quality care. Assist those residents who need help with their ADLs according to the personal care plan for each resident. Assist residents to and from meals. Make residents' beds and assist with general housekeeping tasks
In-house training. Room for advancement and growth. This job requires no special skills and/or certifications, it requires no more than a HS diploma/GED, and it requires no more than 1 year of experience. Must be 18 , COVID-19 vaccinated.
You will be on the ground floor of the newly expanding Vilas Home with tons of amenities and opportunities. Room for growth.
Position: Every other weekend required. Shift differential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
