Position
SAS has an opening for a Wholesale Sales Assistant who has a great fashion aesthetic and is aware of industry trends and happenings. This is a role for someone who is always “on” and is up for anything and ready to have fun along the way.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate daily with the wholesale sales team to support sales efforts and share relevant information with our internal teams including design, marketing and revenue operations.
- Be the internal liaison for wholesale sales and internal supporting teams.
- Maintain the wholesale calendar of events and activity.
- Field questions and requests from the wholesales sales team and connect with the internal supporting teams as needed to resolve sales related issues.
- Assist when needed to enter and maintain purchase orders.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of all materials for sales meetings and markets.
- Attend sales meetings and regional markets as needed.
- Work with wholesale sales team to gather information and to create supporting documents as directed by the head of Wholesale or other internal management.
- Assist the wholesale sales team with information to optimize and maintain communication with accounts including the creation and distribution of our monthly newsletter.
- Work with marketing and revenue operations to maintain accurate information facing our customers on B2B.
- Other tasks as directed by the Head of Wholesale.

Physical Requirements
- Physical labor is often necessary for 8 hours or more per day with breaks approximately every two hours including sitting, standing and walking.
- Ability to input data (typing) into a computer for long periods.
Education & Experience Requirements
- 0-1 year of experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
- Experience with PC applications including MS Excel.
- Be flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Associate or Bachelor Degree (Preferred)
- Interest in sales and fashion! (Preferred)
