What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at San Diego Invisalign?
Overview
Our practice is seeking a talented and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our dental team. Our office is growing and we need a coordinator to help maintain our high standard of patient care. We specialize in providing top-tier minimally invasive general dentistry, Invisalign treatment, cosmetic dentistry, and we are looking for an individual who can integrate into our patient-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency with Orthodontics, iTero scanning, Invisalign, and Dentrix. They must also exhibit great interpersonal skills, reliability, and a proactive willingness to learn. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, compassionate professional dedicated to making a difference in patients' lives while advancing their expertise in a modern dental setting.
Led by Dr. Eshom and his son, Dr. Duncan, the practice is family-oriented and fosters a supportive, inclusive environment where respect, teamwork, and kindness are at the heart of everything we do. We prioritize quality over quantity by ensuring that we do not double-book or overbook patients, allowing us to provide the best possible care and attention to each individual.
Our team works across two exceptional dental offices located in the same building: San Diego Invisalign and David Eshom DDS. While operating as two distinct practices, we collaborate closely to provide seamless, comprehensive care to our patients. This role would largely integrate with our orthodontic practice (San Diego Invisalign). This partnership allows us to deliver expertise in Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and general dental services with the highest standards of quality and attention.
