The JOB:
San Diego Mission Bay Resort is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who will lead and inspire a group of individuals who are considered the backbone of the hotel. The Housekeeping team consists of hard working, dedicated and passionate people, who take immense pride in their work. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with, and supervise, this amazing team, as well as directly impact our guests stay. The Housekeeping team proudly showcase our hotel, with sparkling clean guest rooms, meeting rooms, bathrooms and public spaces. The Housekeeping Supervisor will work closely with the Housekeeping Management team to ensure all standards are being met and our guests are enjoying a clean and hazard free stay.

Requirements
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Experience in hospitality housekeeping
Experience in taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment
Ability to consistently lift, pull and push a moderate weight
Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus
