Donor Research Analyst

If you possess strong administrative and coordination skills, are detailed oriented, engages in analytical thinking, and would support our donors with a servant-heart then the San Diego Rescue Mission invites you to join our team as our Donor Research Analyst.

The Donor Research Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing donor data, producing actionable insights to enhance fundraising efforts, and supporting donor engagement strategies. This role includes creating reports on donor retention and acquisition, researching donor prospects, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of donor portfolios. The Donor Research Analyst supports the Director of Donor Services and serves as part of the Development and Community Engagement Team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate data findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Education : Minimum bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field from an accredited institution.

Experience : Minimum 2 years' full-time work experience in data analysis and data management.

Must work evenings, overnights, weekends, and / or holidays as needed

Must be on-call or participate in an on-call rotation (if available)
