The San Diego Unified School District is currently accepting applications for the position of Administrative Aide - Bilingual (English/Spanish).
This recruitment will be used to establish an Eligibility List for the current vacancies shown below as well as any future vacancies. This list will be active for three (3) months with the possibility to be extended.

Assist a manager by performing delegated administrative duties and accomplishing assigned projects; coordinate school site/department functions; train and direct the work of assigned staff.

- Special Education Department - 4100 Normal Street, S.D., CA 92103
- The District covers a large portion of San Diego County. Refer to the District Area Map at this Link and make sure to identify any and all specific area(s) you are interested in working in. - Work Schedule: The current Bilingual vacancies are:
- Lincoln High School - 11 months per year and 40 hours per week
- Special Education Department - 12 months per year and 40 hours per week
- Salary: This position is paid on the OTBS Salary Schedule, Grade 042. To view the Salary Schedule, click here.
- Positions greater than 20 hours per week qualify for District-paid health and wellness benefits for the employee and their eligible dependents.
- Vacancies that require the incumbent to be Bilingual in English/Spanish will be noted. Candidates considered for positions that require bilingual skills will be invited to a Performance Test (Qualifying Only) for oral and written fluency. Bilingual positions qualify for a 5% bilingual differential.
- Future Administrative Aide - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Vacancies:
- Positions in this classification typically work 11 or 12 months of the year.
- Set schedules for positions in this classification can vary with both part time and full-time schedules.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to four years of diversified administrative experience, including research and preparation of technical reports.
