Salary range: $182,702.00 - $244,972.00

Maria x Martinez Health Resource Center – 555 Stevenson Avenue, San Francisco

Silver Avenue Family Health Center – 1525 Silver Avenue, San Francisco

Southeast Family Health Center Dental Clinic, 2401 Keith Street, San Francisco.

Potrero Hill Health Center – 1050 Wisconsin St., San Francisco

Youth Guidance Center – 375 Woodside Avenue, San Francisco

SCHEDULE/SHIFT: Mondays-Fridays; shift ranges from 8:00am - 5:00pm; future schedules may include evening hours and Saturdays

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Under general supervision of the Director of Dental Service, the Dentist Participates, as part of a multidisciplinary team, in the care of patients in San Francisco Health Network health services. Providing professional dental services to patients and instructing patients in correct oral hygiene and dental care.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Valid current California licensure to practice dentistry issued by the Dental Board of California.
2. *One year of full-time experience in the general practice of dentistry
3. Equivalent to 2,000 hours, based on a 40-hour workweek

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual preferred (Spanish or Chinese speaking).
