Your Role at Sana Lake

Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Therapist for our Behavioral Wellness (out-patient) program who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!

As a Therapist, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of member care activities as directed by the Clinical Director. You will be responsible for a caseload and will provide a variety of clinical services, such as individual trauma and co-occurring therapy, and group trauma counseling. You may conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments and develop a diagnosis from the information gathered in the assessment. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan and assist in coordinating discharge planning. This role is responsible for maintaining communication between treatment team members, family, referral sources, and other service providers as needed.

We would love to learn more about you if you have:

• A full LPC or LCSW license

• Previous work experience with dual diagnosis

• Knowledge about substance use and self-help meetings

• Familiarity with electronic health records

• Knowledge of ASAM criteria for insurance reviews
