A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OPERATIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER/CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As the right hand to our Operations Manager, you are essential to the efficient performance of our office and warehouse. You manage activities involved in the production of goods and services. This includes managing the operations process, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy. You are always looking at the big picture, even as you examine the details.

In addition to keeping our business running smoothly, you also ensure that our customers are happy! You answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, enter purchase orders, and process invoices. By always providing top-notch customer service and actively listening to our customers, you are able to ensure that their needs are met. OPERATIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP QUALIFICATIONS

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience using a multi-phone system
  • HVAC industry experience desired but not required

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER / CSR WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with a typical Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule.
