Wellness Associate (Part-Time)

Thriv Wellness Studio is a private sanctuary located within the Sanctity Hotel that offers holistic services designed to restore balance, vitality, and whole-body wellness. Our space is calm, refined, and intentionally personal. We focus on delivering a hospitality-driven, concierge-style experience where every guest feels welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their visit.
We are seeking a part-time Wellness Associate who brings strong customer service skills, experience in a structured care or clinical environment, and a genuine interest in wellness and lifestyle-based care. This role is well suited for a graduate student, early-career professional, or someone already in the wellness space who enjoys engaging with people and providing thoughtful, high-touch service.
Position Overview
The Wellness Associate supports daily studio operations while delivering a warm, professional, and attentive guest experience. This guest-facing role blends hospitality, studio operations, and guest education, and is ideal for someone with exposure to healthcare or clinical environments who is looking to grow within the wellness and integrative health space. This role requires a strong sense of concierge-style service and a commitment to a seamless, high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience and Hospitality
• Greet guests with warmth, attentiveness, and a polished presence
• Provide a calm, welcoming experience throughout each visit
• Anticipate guest needs and offer thoughtful support
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and consistency at all times
Guest Education and Engagement
• Clearly explain services, session flow, and what guests can expect
• Support conversations around wellness, lifestyle, and recovery in an approachable, non-diagnostic way
• Build rapport that encourages repeat visits and long-term engagement
Scheduling, Communication, and Sales Support
• Book appointments and manage guest inquiries using scheduling and POS systems
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, texts, and emails professionally
• Support service packages and offerings through education and relationship-building
• Assist with guest follow-ups and outreach to support studio growth
Studio Operations and Presentation
• Sanitize and reset rooms between guests according to protocol
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the studio at all times
• Monitor equipment use to ensure safety and readiness
• Communicate supply needs or maintenance issues promptly
Outreach and Collaboration
• Engage with hotel guests and community members in a friendly, service-oriented manner
• Support studio events, promotions, and light outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with management on ideas to enhance guest experience and visibility
Required Experience and Skills
• 1–2 years of concierge-level or hospitality-focused customer service experience
• 1–2 years of experience in a clinical, healthcare, or structured care environment
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a guest-facing setting
• Enjoys learning, researching, and speaking about wellness and lifestyle topics
