Our work environment includes : Modern office settingFood provided Responsibilities : - Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals- Assist with physical examinations and medical procedures- Provide emotional support to patients and their families- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Experience : - Previous experience working as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) is preferred but not required- Familiarity with patient care techniques and protocols- Knowledge of memory care practices for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease is a plus- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is beneficial Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients' needs- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism As a State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients in need.
