Lead, Environments

SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Executing the network vision and strategies for campus environments at Hunter Park.
• Collaborate with the operations team on planning and executing environments for weekend events. 
• Develop and oversee an environment volunteer team
• Train people to do what you do.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Passionate about people's experience of environments at our campus. 
• Capable of designing and resourcing a variety of spaces to serve a variety of different ministry strategies.  
• Capable of building and leading a volunteer team. 

YOU ARE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF:

• You are a team player and expert collaborator.
• You are proficient at coming up with creative solutions for interior design and managing the needs of different ministry teams. 
• You are good at managing long-term projects.
• You love creating exceptional experiences for others.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

• Pay Range: $17-$22 per hour.
• We will provide a pay rate that is within our compensation structure and that fits a candidate’s qualifications and experience for the job. A wage range posted is not a guarantee of a specific wage for a job offer.
