We're looking for a dynamic Oil Change Manager to lead our Quick Lane team.
Job Summary:
As the Quick Lane Oil Change Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving service lane efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader with technical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a passion for team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the Quick Lane service center.
- Supervise and support technicians to ensure high-quality service and productivity.
- Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.).
- Greet and assist customers, provide accurate service estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track inventory and order supplies and parts as needed.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the service area.
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff to promote growth and performance.
- Collaborate with upper management to meet sales and performance goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certifications in automotive service a plus.
- 3 years of experience in automotive service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and Quick Lane services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a drug test
