What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Specialist position at Sandhills Global, Inc.?
The Recruitment Specialist will work with the day-to-day recruitment functions of Sandhills Global, including reviewing applications and resumes, conducting interviews, interacting with potential employees regarding their application, sending reference checks, and completing paperwork for new hires. The Recruitment Specialist will coordinate directly with hiring managers for selection of future Sandhills Global talent. This individual will also interact with current employees, plan company events, and coordinate recruiting events and activities.
Assisting in other areas of Human Resources such as Benefits, Compensation, Safety, etc. will also be incorporated in this position. This individual must have strong communication skills, a high-degree of professionalism, and attention to detail. Assume other duties as assigned.
