- Oversee and coordinate daily nursing operations to ensure top-quality care
- Monitor residents’ conditions and address changes promptly
- Serve as administrative authority during shifts, handling staffing and operational needs
- Assist nurses with risk assessments, incident investigations, and care plans
- Manage call-offs, schedule updates, and ensure shift coverage
- Communicate effectively with leadership regarding urgent and non-urgent matters
- Support staff development and foster a positive team culture
- Current RN license in Nevada
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred
- CPR certification
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
